Located close to the interstate and shopping centers and food in walking distance. They are almost finished upgrading the rooms and they look great! Never had an issue with bugs or anything. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. We enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend.
I stay here frequently when in the area. Quiet and secure. Johnny always makes me laugh. Family friendly. LOVE it here.

Honestly a great option for long term guests, as with any hotel that offers extended stay, the rooms were pretty beat up but no where near gross and I never had an issue with any type of bugs. Staff was friendly and understanding, they made it easy and never hesitated to fix any issue we did have such as replacing the toilet pump. Overall a great experience and you can see the effort HomeTowne Studios is putting in to renovate the place. As with any extended stay, don't stay here if you can't mind your own business because there's a few tenants that may be involved in criminal activities.

The staff here is always friendly. The rooms are clean and secure. The area is quiet and convenient to the DC area. Johnny is the best he always makes me feel welcome and makes me laugh.
